One contractor, the whole delivery
BSHP Construction operates as a full-service general contractor. We take responsibility for the entire delivery — preconstruction and budgeting, permitting, subcontractor procurement, scheduling, site management, quality assurance, closeout and handover — so there is one party accountable for the outcome.
For clients who want us involved earlier, our design-build service brings us in alongside the architect during design development, where constructability and cost feedback still change decisions instead of just recording them.
Where we work
Newport Coast and Newport Beach for coastal estates. Corona del Mar for infill lots with genuinely difficult constraints. Irvine, where we are headquartered. Chino Hills and La Quinta, where the climate and the site conditions are different problems entirely — desert exposure, heat, and very different envelope requirements.
Working across these markets means our specifications are written for the site rather than copied from the last job.
Beyond residential
Our hospitality practice applies the same standard to commercial work — hotel renovation and fit-out where the finish level and the guest-facing detail matter as much as they do in a private residence.
And our estate management service continues after handover, with maintenance schedules, staff and vendor oversight and management software integration for properties that need real operational support.

What size projects do you take on?
Our work is concentrated in high-end residential construction — ground-up custom estates and substantial whole-house renovations — alongside hospitality projects. The best way to find out whether a project is a fit is to talk it through with us.
Do you provide preconstruction and budgeting?
Yes. Preconstruction is where the most valuable decisions get made. Bringing us in during design lets us give real cost and constructability feedback while the drawings can still change cheaply.
